A lot of us must follow an exercise program to stay healthy. There are a lot of benefits of exercising. Here in this hub, I will show you why we should start exercising now.

1. Exercise Prevents Diseases

Exercises help decreasing of various diseases which would otherwise develop. Such diseases are cancer, diabetes, heart diseases and strokes. Four out of five deaths are caused by cancer and heart disease, which are formed due to lack of exercise and stress.  Diabetes is a disease which increases the chance of heart attacks and strokes. This shows that a lot of diseases are caused due to not exercising. So just to prevent this start exercising

2. Fat Loss

It is a truly proven fact from all over the world that doing physical exercises help in weight loss. The simple fact is that to lose weight, you should burn more calories than you consume. So while doing exercises you burn up more calories than when you don’t. It is as simple as that. If you do more exercises you will lose more weight.

3. Disease Improvement

A lot of minor and major diseases can be made better or improved through regular exercises. By doing regular exercises you can lower HDL, Cholesterol levels, Decrease triglyceride levels, and decrease blood pressure. Regular Exercise will reduce the risk of breast and uterine cancer for women and the risk of prostate cancer for men. All this is scientifically proven and so you should start doing exercises today itself.


4. Improve your wellness

If you are fit and have a well toned body, you will have more energy and you will see that your mood is always good. You will see that you can stretch ahead of your own limits and you will be able to do more than you thought was possible.

5. Improve your state of Mind.

A lot of scientific studies have proved that regular exercising releases endorphins in the body. These endorphins fight depression and help you feel happy. The endorphins are released only 12 minutes into the workout.

There is yet another chemical known as serotonin which increases during and after a workout. If the serotonin levels are increased in the central nervous system, then you will feel a feeling of well being and decreased mental depression. This chemical also helps you sleep better at night.

6. Determination

If you exercise regularly, you will get more energy, which will help you to become more productive at home or at workplace. You can give your goals a sense of purpose, and will have something to focus and aim at for. This will help you to increase your determination and restrict you from going off track when you aim for a goal.

7. Socially Active

If you work out on a regular basis you will get a boost in your self esteem. This will help you to look better and you will be more comfortable at doing anything. You will become more active and meet more people, which will in turn stop you from feeling lonely and unsupported. Exercise will increase your interest in sex and will help you to improve your relationships with your partner.

So after knowing so much benefits of exercising, you should not hesitate and make your mind to join a gym or aerobic class from today itself. There are other ways to exercise also. You may start exercising within your home itself. Just try to keep out a bit of time aside to exercise. You will feel better and you body will start rejoicing always.
