You may feel depressed if you do not let a bit of flexibility in the diets you have ( You may have noticed that most thin people just eat all the best things available in the market, some of the times) The secret of keeping indulgences within control is to have few indulgences and it should be only on certain occasions. It may be mostly only once in a week. If at all you have an option of having a large piece of a pastry, then control yourself and just have a small piece of it, slowly and steadily taking pleasure in every bit you put in your mouth. Try to enjoy a full mouthful of whatever you eat, and you will be surprised to see that how satisfying this technique can be and you will really enjoy your treat.
